We’ve already answered a lot of the most common questions we get in our FAQ list, so please check whether your concerns are already addressed there before emailing us.

• All email from advertisers will be ignored (we don’t want any ads on the site)
• Unsubscribe requests will be ignored as we don’t operate any email lists (if spammers send you email containing our shortened links, please use the abuse reporting form)
• We receive and ignore a lot of weird spam messages, so please make sure your email is clear and is related to our service

If you’re reporting abuse

If you encounter any abused shortened URLs, please report them via email. This allows us to quickly take action on the reported links. Kindly email us the shortened URL being used against our terms and include any additional details of the abuse.

Please clearly state at the beginning of your email if you’d like a response, as we typically do not reply to abuse reports. However, we read all submissions and take appropriate action.

We aim to address abuse reports within 24 hours, often resolving them much quicker. Our usual response includes disabling the affected shortened links and adding their destinations to our blacklist, if applicable.
